2 Months

Yes, it's 2 months since I left Switzerland and started a new life in Sharm El Sheikh.

There have been up's and downs but in general I have to say that I am happy to be able to make this experience.

I do speak a few words Arabic, the sun is shining everyday and I am definitely enjoying the contact with the guests (until now ;-)).

I can not yet say if it was worse to give up everything in Switzerland and to leave family, relatives and friends behind but home is just 4 hours from Sharm and I am definitely not planning to stay here for the rest of my life.

As soon as it will get a little cooler I want to climb the Mosesmountain, visit the St. Catherines Monastery, travel to Cairo and to Luxor. I am really looking forward to all this. People do ask me if I like Egypt, how could I answer this question, I was just in Sharm and I guess and hope that this is not the real Egypt. It's made for tourists and there is nothing you can do except diving, snorkeling, Quad driving, sunbathing and going out.

To get the maximum out of this stay I will start diving and I will probably also start wakeboarding.
