14 hour busride

After a 14 hour busride starting in Nairobi at 7am, we arrived in Kampala (Uganda) at 9pm. That seems very long but actually you don't really feel it. I always travel by bus during the day so that I can see the countryside and I have to say, East Africa is so BEAUTIFUL!

Since Monday I am traveling with Joe, he is American and has been on the road since 6 month. We came to Uganda to do some 'white water rafting' in Jinja. I am really looking forward to this.

Hey Lilou

Seems to me, you have a very good time down there.
I specially liked your reports from the safari but also all the others were very interresting. It's getting warmer at home and we can also spend more time outside now. But of course our cats are a bit smaller.

Take care of yourself and keep your good spirits up!! :)

Hi Stefan C

That is so cute, thank you very much. Yes, mum sent me an e-mail telling me that the snow melted and that it's getting warmer. Nice, so I can soon come home, right?

Just another 3 months. I am sure I will have a great time.

Hope you are doing fine.

Take care
